I started early and had to adjuat how I enter and exit any sitting position at age 48. Still havent figuered how to stop rolling one under my leg occasionally when I get in the truck tho

and Im not sure where all this flexibility came from, but I’ve noticed lately if im not careful, I can heel myself when putting boxers on… no bueno!

When I had the hernia surgery in august fixed all that gained an inch tightened sack and stopped peeing so frequently. 65 is good now. Wife complains about the exta but I ain’t cutting it back off. LOL
Nice to go 4 to 6 hours without pee. Forgot what it was like. Sorry i advance for the TMI.
