Turffles, blue Magnolia, and APE are well ahead of schedule. I did a break and shake on them 3 days ago and they have taken off since. Rye berries are in the lead over bird seed. The name of the game in colonization is that the more surfaces there are to colonize, the more mycelium will develop. I used to believe that until I saw rye berries in action. In my experience, mycelium colonizes rye berries faster and more aggressively than bird seed 
1st pic is bird seed with corn and sunflower seeds removed. The 2nd and 3rd pic are rye berries. All 3 are the same strain; APE. All were inoculated with 5ml of liquid culture on 7/18.

Sure did. I tried pushing to 50 DLI. The little orange apricot glue lady in the corner didint mind, but the PCA’s sure did. They’re sensitive 
lol!

Growmie Anytime Ive tried to take my grow to 50 DLI or higher, I watch the reaction, especially if its a strain I havent grown before. Here I learned that Ethos PCA is a 45 max kinda girl. She was most happy at 40-45 DLI.
