@Niala what is the recommend d for light for seedlings …veg is recommended at 18/6 flowering at 12/12 is veg time same for seedling
I would just start with a tried and true 18/6 through veg till you want to flower
Personnaly, I do 20/4 light schedule with seedling / sprouting until vegetative stage. Then I switch to 18/6 light schedule as much as needed until switching to 12/12for flowering stage. … You can force flowering stage in vegetative stage, however, for me, in my personnal opinion, I do not go to that stage until I see clear evidence of female pre-flowering…
Hope that’s helping you @Newvetdude…

That is the schedule I’m using.
Apologize for so many questions, when confirming seedling to veg stage, it is when the plant has 2-3 sets of “adult” leaves correct.
@garrigan62 Now why do I believe that you understand everything written by Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking? I got about 1/3 of the way down on your post describing PPM and I thought to myself, this has to be from @garrigan62 so I scrolled back up and sure enough.
I could never hope to know as much as you know about this stuff. Thank God for PPM meters ![]()
Everyone on the staff is here to help in any way they can

@garrigan62
I’ve discovered that. I’m just blown away by how much you know. I couldn’t hope to understand many of those things that you have going on. It’s our good fortune you are all here and so willing to help.
Thank you for the kind words. But we need to share that with the
other staff members. they are very well informed as well

Question, if during the veg stage if i were to have a power failure due to say a storm, will this start the plant to flower earlier then intended? Assuming it would have to be an extended outage to initiate the flowering.
a few minutes or hours, no, get the plant back to a normal light schedule as soon as possible it will be fine…are you thinking days of darkness and freezing weather? or is there a possibility for sunlight if the power is out for days?
Sry for response delay, internet issues. Thinking ahead to possible spring storms. The option of moving them outside during the day isn’t possible, just running scenarios in my head. Thanks for the info
@garrigan62 @Hawkeye_diesel wanted to get everyone’s opinion on my baby girls. Today they are 13 days old. The top plant is just starting 3rd set of leaves.
Also wanting to confirm, for my own piece of mind, the plants are still in seedling, I am not start in veg yet. Correct? Thanks again everyone for the help along my journey…
Lookin good, they are still seedlings
Thanks, that’s what I thought just needed to make sure.
