Not at all. The smell is an indication of Terpene levels.
What does that mean? What do terpene levels do?
Smell - stank - flavor.
Also important to note it may have an abundance of terpenes. You just may not smell them. I can’t smell some terpenes. Not sure why, my brain just doesn’t pick them up. I miss out on a lot of earthy and citrusy smells, but I do smell lemon and pine. I tend to smell cheese when other people just smell skunk. And sweet or fruity I think I receive much more readily.
When in doubt, you can make someone else take a whiff or bruise a stem near the base of a bud by lightly squeezing it - if it has a smell, it’ll smell on your hands.

My hands definitely smell from training and doin my trimming. Im thinking to do some more leaf removal soon

I will be Starting my 2nd grow. Im looking to run auto flower gold leaf by ilgm. I have 7 gal grow pots for 10 plants. Is this too big for autos? Or am i ok to run with this? ill be using an 8x 4 tent.
These are 7 gal GSCE Auto. I think they were perfect for my situation. 8x4 sounds pretty interesting.

@Grumbleman They are Girl Scout Cookies Extreme Auto. ILGM pack, only info said 10-14 wks. I’m in my 4th week of flower. They are each going to finish at separate times though. So total almost 11 wks in.

Did a little plant moving and trim. Looks like the additional nutrients solved my yellow leaves. In fact the plant it the back looks like ot got some nutrient burn. Here are a few updated photos.

I picked up the microscope you posted earlier fields, its not bad. Little hard to adjust but not bad.

You have some nice big buds in there. Gonna be a nice harvest. Glad to hear the nutes are helping you resolve the issue. A little burn will be ok, these plants are very resilient. Pushing their limit is pushing for maximum results lol.
